D A Travel Ltd was established in 2004, with the owner/driver initially operating a single sixteen seat minibus. From then, the family  business has grown successfully into the largest bus and coach operator in the Uists, running  a modern fleet of luxury vehicles. 

Today, we run a variety of scheduled spinal route services across South Uist, Benbecula and North Uist, providing public transport for both the local community as well as visiting ferry/air passengers.  We operate the local school transport contracts and offer relief drivers and coaches for visiting tour operators.

Additionally, we offer a variety of competitively priced and reliable  private hire and taxi services, individually tailored to meet our clients' needs. 

We are committed to advancing the Fair Work First criteria, including the payment of the Real Living Wage and effective voice conditions for all workers, in collaboration with the Scottish Government.
